Safe Use

The femoral triangle is located on the inside of your leg at your pelvis (i.e. at your groin). Within the femoral triangle you have arteries, veins and nerves. Prolonged pressure on these vessels can cause numbness or tingling and decreased blood flow which can lead to numbness or weakness in your leg. Fortunately, when using the Hip-Fin to properly release the iliacus and psoas major, placement will be much higher than the femoral triangle. If any of the above symptoms occur, stop use immediately and consult with a professional familiar with human anatomy. Check out our FAQ for more info.
